Hello Lovers,
What a week! LOVE is in the air! Close to 70 singles joined us for our singles mixer, I send private matchmaking clients out on 15 dates this week AND countless new singles reached out after seeing my TV appearance on WTNH Channel 8 on the CT Buzz segment, talking about dating in the New Year, sprucing up profiles, sober date ideas and other opportunities for singles. If you didn’t catch it LIVE , here’s the link. This is GOOD NEWS for YOU because it’s more singles that are now aware of me and my work that I can potentially connect with YOU! So keep spreading the word and spreading the love. Your referrals can be the reason someone finds their love story. Imagine that!
This is just a little food for thought for you as we start a new week: Dating isn’t about finding someone to complete you; it’s about meeting someone who enhances the life you're already building. Shift your focus from ‘needing’ to ‘choosing’ — the right connection will be a partnership, not a rescue mission.
We have 2 LIVE events ON VALENTINE’s Day, Singles! It’s a Friday night!) Take advantage of early bird pricing and don’t spend this year alone. Looking for a more private and personalized experience? Click here to schedule a quick call to see how I can help.

Singles Spotlight: Is SHE Your Match?
Are you a man, 75+, in the CT area? Are you intelligent, affectionate, independent, and a good communicator? Do you enjoy music, dancing, day trips, dining out, and movies?
If this sounds like you, you may be a good match for my optimistic and intelligent client, J. J is active, outgoing, social, and empathetic. She loves music, going on walks, gardening, spending time in nature, snorkeling and the beach, and is a great cook. She is well-traveled and golf is her passion.
HOT TOPIC: The White Knight Syndrome
It starts small—the need to help, to be there for someone who’s struggling. At first, it feels noble, fulfilling even, like you’re the glue holding everything together. But beneath it all, you carry the weight of unspoken truths and unmet needs, quietly learning that your worth comes from fixing, saving and rescuing. Although not a condition, the “white knight syndrome” is a term used to describe the compulsive need to rescue or fix others, often at the expense of one’s well-being.
TOP 3: Warnings Signs of Relationship Trouble
Breakdown in Communication: Conversations become hostile, defensive, or avoided altogether. Partners may frequently misunderstand each other or feel unheard. Poor communication leads to unresolved conflicts and emotional disconnection.
Loss of Emotional Intimacy: One or both partners feel distant, neglected, or unimportant. Affection, shared activities, and vulnerability diminish over time. A lack of emotional closeness often leads to feelings of loneliness and resentment.
Recurring Conflicts: Arguments about the same issues happen repeatedly without progress or compromise. Blame-shifting and refusal to address deeper issues are common. Persistent, unresolved conflicts create tension and erode trust.
